Krystal Pakau
PROPERTY MANAGER
I joined the Watson Integrity team in 2024, and since then I’ve settled firmly into my role as a Property Manager. I’m naturally organised, detail-focused and a strong communicator, and I take real pride in building positive, respectful relationships with both landlords and tenants.
I’m currently well into my Level 4 Property Management qualification, which is helping me deepen my knowledge and strengthen the service I provide day-to-day. Every home and every client is different, and I enjoy the challenge of making the process smooth, fair and stress-free for everyone involved.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family. As a parent of two, family is at the heart of everything I do. I often spend time with my nieces and nephews, enjoying drives and nature walks in our beautiful surroundings.
I’m passionate about helping people find their perfect home and look forward to applying my skills and positive energy to serve our clients.

Vicki Slow
PROPERTY MANAGER
Vicki brings warmth, reliability, and a people-first approach to property management. With career experience in the NZ Police and Corrections, she’s honed strong communication and problem-solving skills that put clients at ease. After an early taste of real estate, she’s returned to the property management world, thriving on its variety and the chance to help people. Based in Raumati Beach, Vicki enjoys sea swimming, gardening, travel, and fashion — and takes pride in supporting both landlords and tenants.

Christian Baas
RESIDENTIAL SALES CONSULTANT
Christian has been working in the real estate industry for over three years, starting out as a Sales Cadet with Watson Integrity before stepping into the role of Sales Consultant. His passion for helping people and meeting new faces each day continues to drive his enthusiasm for real estate. Negotiation is both his greatest strength and a true passion — even when challenges arise, he always walks away knowing he’s done his very best. A proud advocate for the region, Christian believes it’s a fantastic place to live, full of opportunity and adventure. He’s committed to helping others make it their home by supporting them through one of life’s most exciting journeys — purchasing a new property.

Born in the Eastern Bay of Plenty and raised in Hamilton, Jo has lived and worked across Auckland, Wellington, and now the Kapiti Coast. She thrives on connecting with people and building meaningful, lasting relationships, and is known for being friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to.
